SMTPSender: no recipients, email send ignored in Personal instance

Email sending & recieving is enabled with no issues according to System Diagnostics > Email Diagnostics.

My email server is POP 3 (hotmail) and the user that I am trying to mail is gmail.

Email sits in send-ready for a while then chages to send-ignore with error: SMTPSender: no recipients, email send ignored.

Any ideas?

Issue was resolved by ServiceNow. The ServiceNow STMP server needed to be renamed, and the server name is only maintained by ServiceNow.
