I have a request item (form to request a new AD user & his/her setup) which has a sequence of 3 tasks behind it.
The initial task is to create an active directory user. When the first task is closed, 2 other tasks are created (1 for hardware provision, a 2nd one for software provision).
I want to create a pop-up when closing the first task, that asks the user closing the task, for the username created in AD. This username, should then be updated in the RITM. So that the 2 tasks also get this variable when created.
What would be the best approach to do this?
I've tried a few scripts I found on the forum, but nothing seems to work at the minute :(.
