Cross Scope Access Privilege

Hi, 

I am trying to create a case record but getting this error when accessing "Adobe Sign" scoped application. I added a record to allow "sn_customerservice_case" table from "Adobe Sign" application but still it is not resolving the issue.

Target scope for adobe sign cross scope record should be customer service and NOT global.

Changing the Target scope from "Global" to "Customer Service" resolved the issue.

Hi Angel,

 

You should check few things in the given sequence.

Go to Table sn_customerservice_case and under Application Access Can create/read/update is checked.

 

Secondly go to Application configuration by clicking the current application icon highlighted in the screenshot below and check Runtime Access Tracking should be Tracking.

 

TThird thing you should verify is the availability of record in Application Cross-Scope Access. if no record available you should create one. See link at the end on how to create cross scope privilleges.
