Please be careful. Lots of web materials are obsolete and are connected with historical releases of ServiceNow. Try to work hard with ServiceNow Fundamentals course - pass through everything 5 or even 10 times. Currently there is no yes/no questions and just a few with several answers. Good luck.
PS. If you have online exam you have to prepare an external camera (your face and keyboard should be visible there). And proper light, of course. Otherwise your exam will be interrupted.

Hi Daisy,
There is no assurance that practice sets (online practice sets or exam dumps found on the internet) will help you pass BUT those will check your confidence and readiness in dealing with different types of questions. Most importantly, Do not memorize answers to practice tests. That is a trap most fall into.
Look at the practice tests as a way to validate your preparation and see where you stand and where you lack context. There is no substitute for platform subject knowledge and hands on expertise.Ensure you are fully done with the thorough study of fundamental course modules and going through each section of the Exam blueprint.
When you get the point where you review and stop having significant "ah-ha" moments, you're probably ready. Good luck and wish you the best !
PS - Attached some exam preparation material with this reply. You are advised to check correctness at your own effort.
Regards,
