My main frustration with Agent Workspace configuration is the lack of the Platform & SP's ability to right click on something and go straight to the configuration record for that specific element. Like going to the dictionary entry in platform for the specific field.
With agent Workspace, you have to go to the configure workspace or page, then try to work out exactly which element you need to configure, but unfortunately, none of the lists show the Display label for the field you are looking for, this is really frustrating when you end up with either a duplicated field or two different fields with the same or similar label.
It's also a bit annoying that you also can't navigate directly to the configuration of the table, as you can with Platform (even if it just took you to the platform configure all would be great)
I'm sure the configuration is great if you build your own workspaces and never leave the company, but we have inherited our configuration, that has been built and modified previously by several individuals no longer with the company, or external contractors that failed to follow any standards or document correctly.
All I want is a Right click 'Configure this thing'
