Dear experts,
We are planning to create a common workspace for our agents!
The agents are part of different scoped applications, e.g. HR, Finance, Procurement, etc.
We are not convinced yet to create separate workspaces each for these scoped applications!
My question is if we are going to create a common workspace and create list filters for these scoped applications e.g. (My work, My Groups work, etc), then based on the roles each agent would see the HR tickets or Finance tickets which ever they are entitled to see. In this case, should we need to create this common workspace in the Global scope ??
Your experience, ideas, suggestions are welcome. We are currently in the planning stage appreciate all the support.

Hi @Raguvaran1 ,
This is something new kind of requirement!! i don't think it's possible to select multiple tables for the workspace.
However, you can give it a try ,In Quebec, you can do this easily through AES, but in Rome you can create one through both AES and Studio.
For Scope, it should be Global and make sure other tables are accessible from global scope.

We are in POC stage to prove this theory, once it works I will confirm the solution acceptance. Thanks again.

Thank you Sandeep for the response. Yes we have decided to keep the scope as global. We will use the Task table to create list filter in the common workspace similar to 'My work' , 'My Groups Work' so the agent can view all the tasks even from the scoped applications which they are entitled to see based on the existing ACL rules. We are hoping to create a unified workspace for all the BU's. Fingers crossed, hope it will work as per our expectation.
