Custom URL: Determining Instance VIP Status

In the Custom URL documentation it states:

Your ServiceNow instance must be on a dedicated VIP. Contact ServiceNow Technical Support for any issues.

I want to check if my instance is a dedicated VIP. But I cannot find in the HI portal where to ask this question. None of the services in the catalog make sense and I don;t want to open an incident for a general question. 

Is there a way to check for this on my instance directly? Thank you for your advice/solutions in advance.

There isn't a way for your to validate this yourself directly as nothing about your IP address would visiaully confirm whether it is dedicated or not; you would open a case as an inquiry and they will (eventually) respond. I believe they started migrating instances with London to dedicated VIPs but - it would be best to validate before proceeding with PROD. 

You could proceed with sub-prod to work out the process. The original URL will always continue to function.
