Customer Specific Branding in Domain Separated Instance

Hi,

Can we have Customer Specific Branding in Domain Separated Instance?
Say User from Customer A should see the branding options and customization set for A.

If my understanding is not wrong this should just work fine, if Domain Separation is in place and the CSS/Company information is set per Company. Then the user from those Companies/Customers just see the corresponding Branding.

Hi Waseem,

Yes, it is already different for the different company. Note here , Company seperation and domain seperation can have their own set of branding details.

Follow the below steps.

1. If your instance is company separated then you can create a profile under that company and you can change the branding by login via admin role.

2. if you have created your domain as company then again you need to create a account in that particular domain and edit the branding option for that domain via admin role

You can go to the system properties > Basic Configuration/CSS.

Hi Waseem,

This is possible.

Open the Company record, add the "Theme" field on the company form by personalizing the form and you will notice that it references to the different themes we have in our instance.

You can set the theme here per company basis.

User corresponding to company will see the theme for that company
