In UI 15, the Banner displayed "Table Name" - "Number" example: Incident - INC0010003
In UI 16, the banner displays "Number" example: INC0010003
Is their any simple way in UI 16 to make it show "table name + number"?
I have tried changing the display value, the form section caption, nothing seems to work. Thanks for help.

I figured it out with help from HI, figured i would share here:
In UI 15, records were shown as "Table Label name + Number". For example, Incident - INC5555909 . In UI 16, they did it so that the table name appeared above the number (as Chuck showed above) . In UI 16, if you have preference "Compact the user interface" set to true, it just displays the number. Solved.

Hi Chuck,
Thanks for quick response. Yes, I mean table label. In my Jakarta dev instance, an Incident displays with just the record display value and without any table label. In my Istanbul instance the same.
I am accessing the record via/ incident.list , open record. Is your instance on Jakarta or Istanbul? Could their be an additional setting? Thanks for feedback.
