Customize itil role.

Hi, community
I need a group of users to be able to resolve incidents but I don't want them to have access to everything itil role offers. Would it be possible to do this?

Hi, consider to add the role sn_incident_write to this group of users; they will be able to create/edit incidents but not touch other ITSM applications like problem, change.

I followed the steps to activate the ITSM Roles plugin and indeed, sn_incident_write solved my issue. Thanks.

1. Create a group (from Navigator, "System Security" > "Groups"
2. Add required role to this group
Available incident management role is provided in the following page. "sn_incident_write" will provide member of the group to read/write access to incidents.
3. Add members to this group
