Is anybody able to advise what ServiceNow means with regards to these criterion please?
I believe it means as below - is this correct?
Filter What it returns Practical useRelative – before – 2 days agoRelative – after – 2 days agoNot on – Today
| All records older than 2 days | Trend analysis, backlog counts |
| Records created within the last 2 days | New work in recent period |
| Everything except today’s records | Daily reports excluding in‑progress work |

that's correct.
| Filter | What it returns | Practical use |
| Relative – before – 2 days ago | Records older than 2 days ago (sys_created_on < 2 days ago) | Backlog analysis, aging reports |
| Relative – after – 2 days ago | Records newer than 2 days ago (sys_created_on > 2 days ago) | Recent work, "last 48hrs activity" |
| Not on – Today | Records NOT created today (excludes midnight‑now) | Yesterday+ backlog, daily delta reports |
💡 If my response helped, please mark it as correct ✅ and close the thread 🔒— this helps future readers find the solution faster! 🙏
