Disable Attachment Encryption for specific Portal's

Hello,
Does anyone know, how can disable the attachment encryption on the specific portal, as we have few of them that are customised.
The users that are using the portal get the pop up to upload and encrypt and upload without encrypt. I dont want that pop up to come and the attachment should be uploaded without encryption.
So basically, i need the attachment encryption, only in the Native UI.

there is no OOTB way to disable this.

you will have to rely on customization for this, see the links shared by Atul
