Hi everyone,
I wanted to share governance patterns that may help teams exploring end-to-end automation for ServiceNow delivery (not a sales post).
Disclosure: I’m affiliated with Humanize (we built this). I’m posting to get practitioner feedback.
Scope (end-to-end): Intake → Plan → Implement → Validate → Deploy
Guardrails: scoped change windows, approvals, role/permission checks
Quality gates: AC completeness, test readiness, rollback plan
Evidence trail: what we log, what we measure, and what we explicitly won’t automate
Mini checklist excerpt:
Run only within approved change window + scope
Capture who/what/when/why + rollback steps
Block deploy unless AC + test readiness + rollback exist
Enforce role checks + approvals + audit log pointer
I’d appreciate expert feedback:
Which controls are non-negotiable before automation touches prod?
What failure modes have you seen with automation/AI in delivery?
What would you add for enterprise readiness (security/compliance/SDLC)?
(I can share the walkthrough playlist link in the first comment once this is approved.)
Best Regards,
Srinivas
