Display a form field on a knowledge article

Hi Folks, our stakeholders would like to have a dropdown option added to one of our knowledge bases - an "Article Applies to" field with several choices in a dropdown, like this:

However, our stakeholders would like the selection from the dropdown to also display on the knowledge article page, when end-users view it, like this: 

Does anyone know how this could be achieved?
