Display Actual Image in Widget on Service Portal

I have a table with Badges which has 2 fields Description and Image ( image field ). 

Then I have a staff award table that has 2 fields. Staff field ( reference ) and a Award field ( reference to the badge table )

I then am using a widget ( tried multiple kinds ) and this is all that shows? I have achieved this before but I feel like Im missing something.
