Display order of Categories and Items in Service Catalog

Is there a way to change the display order of Categories and Items in the Service Catalog?     Categories always seems to be on the top.     Can Items be moved to the top?

It's displayed based on order number.Add order to the form and lowest order number will be on top.

Thanks Mike.   I can reorder the categories, but not the separate, individual item (Something Broken).   It does not have an Order I can modify.   How can I add Order to it here:

you have to click on Maintain Items and add order

Thanks again.   I used your method to add Order to items, and gave my target item, Something Broken, and order of 10.   Going back to this Category(IT Services) through Maintain Categories, and comparing the target item to the Categories on the page, I can't set Order with the item here.   It's not available.
