How to enable 'Add to cart' functionality on CSP portal for order management?

I want to add 'Add to cart' functionality on the 'CSP' portal for the order management just similar like catalog items on the service portal. Currently i am not able to find any option or field to enable add to cart for the csp portal.
I have also check in csp portal and its header menu widget but not found any thing.
Do I need to manually configure it or is their any way to add it on the csp portal for order management.

it's a record producer and not catalog item and hence it's not showing the "Add to Cart"

that's shown only for catalog items where user can add multiple requests in cart and then submit 1 REQ for all the catalog items by using this feature

My client wants to add this feature on csp portal. For catalog item its OOB. But i am finding any way to add it on csp portal.
