Duration on a Requested Item

We can see the duration on a request.   However we do not see duration on a requested item.   It just shows (empty) as seen below, we are wondering if there is away so we can enable/see the duration on a requested item.

For requested item, due date and duration come from 'Task' fulfillment for the requested item.

So there is no way to get the duration for RITM's? I am assuming we can do if we did some customization.
