Email client is not working in CSM/FSM workspace in Yokohama version

Once after clicking on "compose email" from the menu icon in workspace which is keeping on loading and email client is not opening in workspace

Hello All, did you find solution for this issue? I have the same problem. I checked the KB0823289 article but it's not applicable for this issue as for them it's just rendering wrong but for me it won't render. The issue occurs only for incident table in CSM/FSM workspace. Thank you
