The sent emails are not appearing in the activity stream. I made sure the sent/receive box was checked off in the filter but it still isn't showing. I also made sure the correct role was entered in the Activity Formatter. Anyone have any advise as to what else it could be?

I navigated to the email logs and they all say "send/ready." I selected one of the records and changed the field to "sent" and the email appeared in the activity stream. Any advice on how to make sure they are sending instead of being "send/ready"

Hi,
Make sure that send/receive option should be true in the configure activity stream.
Also check following thing.
navigate to System Properties > UI Properties. Locate the property labeled List of roles (comma separated) that can view emails in the Activity Formatter when "Sent/Received Emails" are included.
