What role is required in order to enable the "Meta" field? Where do you enable "Meta" field so it can be used to create keywords when creating a new knowledge article? Using Jakarta version in ServiceNow.

By default it has the same security as all of the other fields but it just isn't on the form. As an admin of your ServiceNow system, you simply have to right-click your form header and select 'Configure -> Form Layout'. Then you can find the 'Meta' field in the left-hand column of available fields and move it over to the right-hand column to add it to your form.

I do not have Meta available either. Why might that be?

@Mark Stanger: I don´t have the 'Meta'-field available in the left-hand column. Do you the reason for this?
