I have received a tricky requirement.
I need to enable a signature pad for mobile agent on catalog tasks.
So, our customer has licences for CSM Pro, ITSM Pro and FSM. As far as I can see, Signature pad is included in the FSM licences, and indeed I can see the different components (like the signature_image table for exemple)
They would like to allow agents who deliver IT components to their customers to receive "delivery" signature straight on the Agent mobile app. BUT (cause there's always a but!), they don't use FSM for those, but the ITSM Request process, so customers should sign somewhere in a catalog task or something.
I'm really not sure how to tackle this. I have searched the community for a few hours, with no luck so far. Documentation is more or less non-existent on the subject.
Has anyone succeeded in this? ANY pointers would be HIGHLY appreciated 🙂
