Using Madrid, what alternatives is there to encrypting attached files?
I'm not interested in using Edge Encryption, but more the built in platform encryption.
Is this something I can test on my PDI?

Hi
You are saying you want to encrypt an attachment using some different approach? Why dont you try with JavaScript Encryption methods?

Isn't there a built in function provided by ServiceNow for this?

Hi
Is there any update agaisn this issue?
As what I can see is they are using edge encryption to encrypt file but the issue with edge encryption is it cannot be decrypted in a third party tool; what I want is to encrypt the file in servicenow and then share the key with third party to decrypt whenever file reaches their server.
There are open tools like pgp encryption etc but I never attempted.
Can anyone guide me.
