End User should not be able to reply to the Email , if there is a note Do Not Reply

I am working on Email notification , and I want to add a functionality that if there is a note in email Do not reply then end user must not be able to reply on the email in ServiceNow.
Can anyone suggest what are the possible ways using which we can achieve this.

You created two threads so not sure which you're watching.
Here's the answer I posted to your other thread:
There's nothing we can do to inhibit email clients from responding.
There's nothing we can do to "not receive" unless you're talking blacklists.
Blacklists are simple: "If its this address or this domain, ignore"
So the best course of action is to configure other Inbound rules that handle reply messages in their own way.
