Enforce format or "restrict" use of KB Article Formating within the Editor

Hi folks,
another bright day in the ServiceNow Universe brings another question. A customer of mine wants to enforce the format for Knowledge Articles. That this is basically done via CSS Stylesheets I know for font size, headers and so on, but still the KB Article creator can bypass this with the editor. So the idea is to really hard enforce it, regardless of what the creator does in the editor, it should always be displayed for the enduser in the portal in a defined way.
So somehow this is strange, because sense of an editor is, to edit :-).
I'm not so much into portal yet, there for the question.
As always, any suggestion or idea is appreciated.
