Fill Excel file with data from RITM record

Hi,

Is it possible to automatically fill Excel file with data from RITM? When user submit the form i want to copy the data from RITM with user inputs into Excel file and attach it to the task record.

What's the use case here? You already have all the data available on the form. Why would you want to create an excel for it as well?

Task fulfiller need to put all the data from the ritm into Excel file on their own(they’re working with Excel file where they are put ritm number and user input from the form) so they requested if it will be possible to generator this file automatically so they dont have to do that manually

ServiceNow doesn't offer this kind of functionality. It is its own database. I am still not clear why an agent with access to all information needs an Excel to do their work. It really sounds like a huge waste of time (double data) or money (if they don't want to use ServiceNow, just spare the licensing and have them use Excel). 
Searching the community and docs, it's just not there. There are some posts about creating csv's, but that still requires manual adjustments by creating excels from them (and often also mentioned that functionality breaks on upgrade).
Just tell them to use the system as it is meant to be used: work in ServiceNow, not from an Excel that has ServiceNow data. That data is old, the moment they save the Excel and they are running behind.
