We're creating flows for catalog items. We want to set the stage to "Complete" at the end of the flow to kick of the business rules that close the RITM and the Request. Flow designer isn't letting us set a stage without adding another action, so we just add a dummy action like "Get catalog variables" at the end so that we can set the stage to complete.
Is there a better way of doing this?

Hi,
At the end of the flow. Update the RITM record with an update record action.
Update to state = Closed completed etc..you can set the stage on that action.
This might help:

Hi Russ,
Thank you for the reply and video. I got a chance to walk through and got some good things to think about.
We had originally used something similar to the closure of the RITM as well. We found that the business rules that kick off after the stage sets to "complete" take care of the closure. So as long as the stage is set, that last task could be anything. Perhaps closing the RITM is the most straight forward action.

Hi there,
We indeed also just add a dummy action at the end. In our case a log message. This way we are indeed able to add a final Stage. A bit of a workaround, though workable.
If my answer helped you in any way, please then mark it as helpful.
Kind regards,
