flow designer error

hello guys i have created a flow designer for manager approval on a catalog item.
the workflow work fine when i am raising the request with my profil (admin).
but when i am trying to raise the request with itil persona i have these error.
java.security.AccessControlException: Access denied to create new email
PS: i run the flow as system user.
any informations about this please ?

Can you also screenshot the part of your flow that is sending the email?

Hi @mregragui_ext,
Are you using the 'Send Notification' Step in the Flow, and have the Notification Template configured on the Table referenced on the Flow?
IE: If the Send Notification Step in the Flow is referencing the sc_req_item (RITM) Table, then your Notification Template should also be on the sc_req_item (RITM) Table.
