Hi all

I have an issue in Flow Designer when running PowerShell or AD Spokes via MID Server, I've been getting the following error: "Failed to acquire lock for plan from instance for context: {sys_id of context}" such as the screenshot below.

Flow

  • Use connection alias running on a MID server
  • Inline script

MID server

  • Status is up and is validated
  • Capabilities: Active Directory
  • Supported Applications: Orchestration

Connections & Credentials

  • Credential has been validated against Target Host
  • Target host has PowerShell capability which the credential has rights to access (I've even tested this manually)

Does anyone have any ideas on what this error means? It's not as explicit as other errors I've seen e.g. invalidate creds.

I'm getting the same issue in Paris when I try to run an action I added a variable to for an additional user parameter. In my case if I just use the action as it is out of the box I don't have any issues.

Whether it is using the out of the box Active Directory action or a custom powershell action with a simple line such as Out-File, I still encountered the same issue. Thanks for the reply though!
