For Each is keep getting empty in my Flow

Hi,

I have a flow designer whenever i save or published For each is deleted and it says No data available. 

I am getting Array object from a Sub flow and when putting in a For each to read the data, it works one time after a while For each gets empty.

Is data present in the table on which for each is being performed ? does subflow return Array with values  ?

It does have the array with values everytime it trigges

This is the subflow, which create a data source and returns the the sys id of the data source and import set back to output

I get the output in Data Load which i keeping in For Each whcih is getting after couple of request
