Hello,

 

After upgrading the Now Assist for IT Service Management(ITSM) to the latest version (13.0.10 when this post was written) we started to get this error message on every RITM and Catalog task forms

Function print is not allowed in scope sn_uxc_gen_ai. Use gs.debug() or gs.info() instead

I've cheked all business rules, script includes related to this table and haven't found anything... please help

I just checked my PDI and there is a massive load of widgets, BRs, scheduled jobs, UI Actions but mostly script includes, it is mostly OOTB  - see the green boxes below for more details:

I believe it's the right time for you to create a case at the Support Portal to get help from ServiceNow
