Hi,
I'm currently stuck in generating a report for the most requested catalog by REQ.
I was able to pull a report for RITM from sysapproval_approver table and group it by Item.
But we also need to generate another one for REQ (sc_request) and I don't know how to generate it since I'm unable to Group by Item, and Item comes from RITM table. It's quite tricky.
Does anyone know how to create one for REQ level?
