Hello,
I am using the sc_home page when I click on Request Something. I am getting a failing widget error on the Request and Approval widget although I am not using the widget on the page. I am not sure how to resolve this issue since I am not using the widget and would appreciate any help. Thanks

The error message may refer to both widget displayed on page and a header menu link. Have you checked both?

Looks like your widget is trying to load, but fails. There is no other explanation. Check your code and remember that even though it may be invisible in the header menu, if it's added as a menu item, it will run script and it can throw error like that.

Hello
I've the same problem. I'did created a case in HI. The answer is:
Most Probable Cause:
I am able to identify that the widget Requests and Approvals is outdated in your instance and associated to the wrong scope Service Portal - Service catalog.
Solution Proposed:
- If you did not intend to customize this widget I would recommend to import the OOB widget attached to this case and it should fix your issue.
I'll try in my instance, maybe this can help you too.
Please, mark my answer correct, useful or bookmark if I helped you
Thanks
