getting an error on the Requests and Approvals widget but page is not using the widget

Hello,

I am using the sc_home page when I click on Request Something. I am getting a failing widget error on the Request and Approval widget although I am not using the widget on the page. I am not sure how to resolve this issue since I am not using the widget and would appreciate any help. Thanks

Submitted a ticket to HI where it was determined that our problem was an old application from the ServiceNow store called ServiceCatalog Service Portal. Once that application was uninstalled, the widgets worked fine.

My problem was fixed by uninstalling an old application called ServiceCatalog Service Portal. Once that application was uninstalled, my widgets worked fine. If you do not have this application, you may want to submit a ticket to Now Support. They helped identify my issue.

i do not have the old ServiceCatalog Service Portal application.i have the below application installed in my instance.
