Disable AdGuard or other script-blocking software. Had some problems of the same kind, on SN instance, but it can occur in this case too.

Regards,

Kuba 🙂

How to identify if any script causing this error?

Thanks,

I am also getting this error.  I have tried a couple of different browsers.

The page I am trying to reach is https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/sandiego-it-operations-management/page/product/discovery/reference/r_DataCollDiscoSolarisComputers.html

At first I thought maybe it was caused by me not being logged in but even after logging in, I am still getting the same error as above.

Hi Charles,

I'm able to view it on both Chrome and Firefox without any problem. Try opening the page in Incognito mode.
