Hi  ,

In our system, I can find 140 purchased grandfather custom tables and 163 unmapped global custom tables. does that mean we are overutilizing?

In addition, what is the difference between Bundled Custom Tables like the one for HR versus  Grandfathered Custom Tables?

You may or may not be over utilizing depending on how many custom table you are entitled to.  Grandfathered tables are only part of what you may be entitled to with custom tables.  Grandfathered tables come from a time when you had different entitlements and have different rules.  I suggest you consult the Custom Table Guide.

thank you. I found that the grandfather custom table is one-time. What about the bundled custom table comes with the other subscription like HR? If i create a custom table and add to bundled custom table for HR and later on I delete it, will the entitlement be released?

New to ServiceNow ... so sorry if my question sounds naif 🙂

We have 57 Grandfather Custom Tables but only 15 allocated .... it means that in the older licensing model we purchased in abundance ?
