We have domain separated environment.
I'm working on below domain:-
Global/IT/PRD/MAP/XYZ
I have created 1 SR which will open 5 task one after another.
Created workflow on SR for approval and fixing group for above 5 task.
Now my workflow, assignment group and users all are created on "XYZ" domain.
Now suppose task 1 is assigned to WINDOWS group.
when I login with user of WINDOWS group, and assigning this task to some other group I'm not able to see the all groups except groups created under "Global" domain.
But when I login via admin role I can see all groups and can assign to them.
Can anyone guide me as where I should look to correct this issue?
I already tried moving this groups on global domain and I can see now but then workflow is not working as it is not able to find groups.

Zafar,
Here are few tips that may be helpful :
- Maybe an ACL is preventing you to see these group while impersonating a windows user. Could you please check in this way ?
- Maybe there is a reference qualifier under the assignment group field which is preventing the other groups to be shown,

Hi ZA,
I checked there is no ACL in place for assignment group.
Also for field assignment_group there is no reference qualifier. In attributes it is "tree_picker=true".
can any workaround can be done, bypassing domain for assignment group field?

Hi Zafar,
Try giving the visibility access for the Domains to the users in 5 groups, so that they can have the visibility for the other groups.
You can see that in user profile related list.
Give a try and let me know.
Thank you.

Hi Shaik,
That works partially as I can see some more groups and users in that.
But I can add domain till "IT", can't add "global" domain for user or group. And all my newly created groups on "XYZ" are visible under global domain.
