Grouping multiple notifications to the same user, especially when using Enterprise Onboarding

Is there a way to create a rule to "group" multiple emails that intended for one person together? The intent is to send just one email with multiple messages. 

 

Problem to be solved: 

We are implementing Enterprise Onboarding and have due dates on many of the user activities (laptop selection, policy acknowledgements, badge creation, etc.). Depending on when the user's onboarding case is initially created, they may receive several email notification reminders, one for each of the overdue activities. 

 

Potential solution: 

In our current onboarding platform (that we are migrating from), we are able to group these notifications so that we only send one email to the user and then list the activities that are overdue. E.g.,

 

"Hello [new employee], 

We see that you have not completed the following activities. Please log on to your onboarding portal at your earliest convenience to complete the activities. 

  • [Activity 1]
  • [Activity 2]
  • ...
  • [Activity n]

Thank you!"

 

Is that possible on ServiceNow?
