Thinking about creating a feature in KM for SN and would like feedback from the community.
I was thinking it would be helpful to be able to add personal notes in ServiceNow - not from one person to another, but like meeting notes or tips and tricks learned over time that aren't really of a "let's publish this to everyone" type of framework.
I envision that these notes would perpetually stay in Draft (so they wouldn't be published), but the minor versions would increment over time (we have adjusted our SN KM to increment minor version upon Save even if already in Draft).
They would be visible only to the author (and KM Admin and KB owner) and would be meant more as a centralized (for the person and community) notebook or scratchpad.
I could also set up some common note categories: Meeting Notes, Training, Tips and Tricks, etc.
I don't think the idea is fully fleshed out yet and I'm looking to get feedback/ideas for it - even if that's just to say, "That's not a good idea." (For those who don't think it's a good idea to put the notes in SN, where would you recommend these types of notes be stored and updated?)
Thanks all.

Checking back on this item. I would use a personal notes function - think OneNote. I need a place to save my project notes that can be copied to Agile boards, Project Updates, Leadership dashboards, etc.
