Hi,
I'm recording training videos for a client with the intention of embedding them within a knowledge article for users to access and view on demand. I click the embed video option, choose attachment, and select my video. I then wait for the video to upload. Once it has completed uploading, I get a video "box" showing where it will be displayed in the article. If I click view article, the video never loads. It seems every different option I try, I cannot get the video to even show in the view article/published article view.
So far I've tried:
- Converting the video to all three supported formats (.mov, .flv, .swf) with no success
- Accessing the knowledge article from Chrome, IE, and Mozilla with no success
- Uploading the video to the video library and embedding with no success
- Enabling the display attachment option for an article
My client has youtube banned so hosting video there is not an option.
Any help would be appreciated.

We have videos implemented as part of our training instance and used the Insert/Edit Embedded media button on the KB and pointed to a Youtube link vs. uploading the video. The performance is much faster.

Youtube would be the best and first choice if it were an option. Unfortunately it is banned here and not a viable option due to IT policy.
