I'm trying to add Help Center content to all of the configurable workspaces in my instance. A sample URL of the CSM Configurable workspace would be:
https://<instance-name>/now/cwf/agent/record/incident/97d648b087587610970531970cbb353z
After following the steps in the Vancouver documentation to Create Help Center content for configurable workspaces, I created the following Guidance and Embedded Help records:

After doing this, nothing appears. Does anybody have any idea why?
