Hide Outdated KBA on the Service Portal

I have a requirement to simply just not display outdated versions of KBAs on the portal for all users. I have looked at similar articles about this use case, but I am unable to find my answer. How do prevent this drop-down from displaying "outdated" KBAs?

Hi @bvlo 

You can navigate to the portal and click CTRL + Right click of mouse

Then click on instance option

In widget instance options, In the filter option you can add the filter like below:

Workflow is not Outdated

This may work as well but the reply above did work for me when I tested.
