Reports based on region

Hi community,
I have a requirement that based on the users region the work orders in that locations of that region reports on work order task , task SLA and work order should be shown ie. when they open the FSM live dashboard in that widget it should show only the relevant locations to the user based on the region . So, how can I achieve it?

First you need to build Database view - task SLA and work order or you can use Related List feature in report and group by region.
Example

But there are plenty of users and the regions are different so based on the user that logs in there should be no need of choosing the region to make it easy they only have to choose the location which is filtered out based on the region

The idea of the story is to allow users of that Dashboard to only see entries on the existing reports where the work order, work order task, SLA task etc have a location within their region. The locations don't yet have a defined region as that is not data which is collected from anywhere. So instead, I have an attachment (Excel), where I have see a list of countries and then the last column shows which region they are in. So that is the basis of the region mapping they want me to do.
