Hide the mY Tasks field on the employee center for the end users (with out Itil Role)

Hello Guys i want to Hide My tasks on the employee center for the end users. Can anyone know ho to access the vissibility for the end users please!

so My Tasks should be hidden all the time on esc portal?

@Ankur Bawiskar  yes for the end users without tasks (approvals for exemple)

So if logged in user doesn't have Approvals then hide that Approvals in esc?
