Yes you can customize it according to your need. It has to be done via System Property. Please find the below URL which is highly helpful.

Hello,

For your service portal, You need to navigate to Service Portal -> Portals list, open yours and then modify the Icon field to add your favi icon.

The field wont be available OOB, you will need to configure the Form layout and add it on form.
