How can I change the background color of Additional comments in email notifications?

I know this should be an easy fix, but I can't seem to find the attribute/property that manages this UI element..

When Additional comments are added to an Incident, Task, etc., and an email notification is fired - the comments render with a green background in the email notification, as such:

I thought it might have been "glide.ui.activity_stream.style.comments" or "glide.ui.activity.style.comments", but neither of these proved helpful.

Could someone please point me in the direction of the correct place to change this? I need to get rid of this awful green color from my emails.

In my Dev instance additional comments does not have a field style but worknotes does.

Create a similar one for comments like this:

Did you check the email notification script?you can try bgcolor="white" inside the font tag and see if that works

you can customize theme where you also get the option of change notification color according to the theme, To get the latest theme on Rediffmail Contact us on Rediffmail Customer Support Number.
