How can I create a report that shows the incidents that show knowledge articles were attached?

Another useful report would be to find Incidents Resolved or Closed with NO KNOWLEDGE attached.
As Knowledge Admins, trying to push users to follow KCS methods, it is important to identify where, and then why KB articles aren't being created or used to resolve Incidents. The goal for us is to have more articles Self Help facing to reduce the number of Incidents ever created.
I am unable to create successful reports to show this.
Any input would be appreciated.
