Hi,
We have a knowledge base with several top categories for articles. Each category has subcategories, sometimes these have the same title as in other top categories (for example subcategories with country codes for different countries).
In the knowledge base form, I only see the last category in the category column in the list. If I want to sort the list on a specific top category and not sub categories, how do I accomplish that? Can I see the full category tree somehow?
Thanks
/Erik

Hello Erik,
You can look for "Knowledge Categories" table in the instance and see if that solves your issue.

I believe you are talking about the same issue we had until I set up the category names as described in this question/response... Where to find additional information about knowledge categories and best practices - Knowledge Manag...
Repeat the level name in the labels or they don't line up for search/report. Maybe this won't help, we don't copy categories across Knowledge bases, etc. but give it a look.
