How can we add comments in a word file in Document management Lifecycle by multiple members

Hello,

I have a doubt in Document management cycle, i have a query while delivering a demo that instead of using comments. 

Scenario : While creating a policy, it needs to be reviewed by multiple stakeholders and to be approve by multiple stakeholders (this doable). However, client wants to edit the word and add comments in the file itself.

Can we do something without the integration?

Or how can we do it ?

Isn't that a weird requirement? You are asking someone to review, they do and approve and then you change it? Or is it about changing it before approving?

The reviewer will be just suggesting the changes and the person who have created record or uploaded the file / policy he will be doing the changes.
