how can we give approval for vip tickets without manager approval

yes i was asking the flow 

Who wants to send you the approval? You can use the Ask for approval action for attaching the approval.

first of all, you need to define what is "VIP ticket" is it a ticket reported/requested by a VIP person?

 

Locate your current approval logics - flow or workflow, and add there a new condition - e.g. "RITM is for VIP" then approval is auto-approved, it shall not be without approval but rather auto-approved to follow the correct lifecycle.

 

You must know the exact condition, I cannot tell due to no details from your side.

 

Show us what you did and where did you get stuck to be able helping you, this is very vague.
